Gil Fletcher has joined Ely Energy as Operations Manager. Gil holds a BS in General Engineering from the US Military Academy at West Point. Gil’s credentials include certification as an ASQ Quality Engineer and he holds a 6 Sigma Black Belt, earned in 2005. Gil has proven expertise in training and coaching employees and implementing techniques to improve processes, efficiency, product flow and housekeeping.
